Cbus Property required a marketing proposal to attract high profile retail tenants for One William Street - Brisbane newest commercial tower. My role consisted of arranging 12 pages of high resolution renders and retail capacity floor plans within a sleek corporate layout to effectively display and communicate the potential of each space.
